Comments from Friends
In the recent past, a number of friends have sent comments, wishes for a great trip, and prayers for safety. Here are a few:
Art Mulder from London, Ontario asked this question: "Do you think about the fact that the less fortunate in our society would never be able to afford a trip like this?" Lou wrote back in part talking about how a "stunt" like this (and yes, I do think in part it is a fun stunt.) would generate media interest, general interest, and therefore hopefully ends up with a much larger impact than if we had all just quietly raised $4000 and donated it."
I believe physical action almost always confirms an inner decision. Saying something is not the same as demonstrating it. Doing something, anything, together makes it much more potent. It is in the movement of our bodies that we affirm the direction and desire of our soul.
