Lou took time Sunday and Monday to do some serious biking. Our daughter Natalie accompanied him on one of those days. Each day he hopes to get on the bike and get some miles in so he is ready for this adventure. Only four more weeks to go.
Lou, You need to mention this site on your Facebook wall. Tell everyone to come to this site to keep tabs on how you are doing. I like this photo of you and Natalie. You should put it on your Facebook wall too. The first photo has a beautiful flowering tree but your expression looks like you rode you bike long enough that you cannot stand up straight without being in pain. :-) God Bless! Karin in Lansing.
I have looked for your blog with other Sea-to-Sea bikers and was disappointed that you did not have one. I find the stories about preparations for the ride very interesting. I'm not physically able to participate but I feel like I'm involved from the very beginnng through some of the blogs. I just noticed the link to your website in the RTC newsletter. The Lord bless and protect you in your continuing efforts for the poor and outcasts of the world.
Have a great journey and I look forward to reading about your experiences along the way.
By the way, I've heard nothing regarding your fundraising. How is that going? Will you make a special appeal at RTC?

Karin,
You were right. The picture looked like he should quit while he was ahead! I replaced the picture.
Have a good day.
